It draws from the long-established teaching philosophy within Georgetown’s Legal Writing Program and provides both substantive and process-oriented suggestions for designing and implementing a successful writing course.It begins by focusing on the three main pedagogical pillars common to all effective legal writing courses: commenting, conferencing, and classroom teaching. Later chapters deal more specifically with problem design, syllabus design, and seminar paper courses.
